Italy: Verona

From our campsite across the lagoon from Venice we took a day trip to Verona.

Verona is a beautiful old city famous for the opera and complete with a colosseum.

After some delicious authentic Italian pasta for lunch we got hot walking around the cobblestone streets. We found a gelato shop that made the cones in the shape of a flower that we all enjoyed.

Back at the camp site we found wine packaged in huge plastic jugs and Steve cooked paella on his giant burner and pan.
